The office of Buyers' Agency of Smith Mountain Lake is conveniently located to show you Smith Mountain Lake real estate. We are located on SR 122 on the south side of the Hales Ford Bridge that crosses Smith Mountain Lake. It is directly across the street from the Bridge Water Plaza. To maximize our lake view, we are located on the lower level of our building. When you enter the parking lot, continue around the right side to the rear of the building. From Roanoke and I-581: Exit at the Elm Street exit turning left onto SR 24. Follow SR 24 east approximately 20 miles to SR 122. Turn right and go south on SR 122 until you cross Smith Mountain Lake. This is Hales Ford Bridge. The office is the third building on your the right.

Follow SR 220 south through Boones Mill. Follow for another 4 miles until you see the Bojangles restaurant sign on the left. Turn left at the light in front of Bojangles onto Wirtz Road. Follow to the end. Turn left on SR 122, going north. Follow SR 122, go through the stop lights and go another 3 miles. Bridge Water Plaza is on the right, the office is on the left.

From Lynchburg: : Follow SR 460 to Bedford, exit for SR 122 south. Follow SR 122 until you cross Smith Mountain Lake. Approximately 17 miles. This is Hales Ford Bridge. The office is the third building on your right.

From Martinsville: Follow SR 220 north to the SR 40 exit at Rocky Mount. Turn right going east on SR 40 for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn left onto SR 122, north toward Smith Mountain Lake. Follow SR 122 north approximately 16 miles, go through the traffic lights and go another 3 miles. Bridge Water Plaza is on the right, the office is on the left.

From Danville:: Follow SR 29 north to Gretna and exit at SR 40. Turn left going west on SR 40. Follow approximately 18 miles to Union Hall. Stay on SR 40 for another 3 miles then turn left onto 834. Follow 834 until the end, then turn left onto 616. Follow 616 to the traffic light and turn right onto SR 122. Go approximately 3 miles, Bridge Water Plaza is on the right, the office is on the left.
