Real estate firms in the United States can represent both buyers and sellers in the same transaction, and when representing both, derive profit from both the seller and buyer side of the transaction. In the opinion of many buyers’ agents, it if very hard to faithfully represent clients with opposing interests simultaneously.
Buyers’ agency firms have chosen to try to eliminate the conflict of interest that exists when one firm attempts to represent both buyer and seller in the same transaction. This movement started in the late 1980s and by the early 1990s was on the rise across the U.S. It is still increasing in popularity with concerned buyers who want to be properly represented.
My values mirror those who pioneered this movement and I have chosen to follow those beliefs with the creation of this company.
Choose wisely and use a Buyers’ Agent when purchasing Real Estate.
